Condenser design considerations.

Author(s) : JESSOP C. J. C.

Summary

The condenser of a vapour compression refrigeration system is the interface between a controlled system (the refrigeration circuit) and a completely uncontrolled one: the natural world. When someone designs a condenser, or the circuitry around it, he ought to consider where it is going to be positioned, and what effect that, and gravity, will have on the circulating fluid. He must also consider the effect of exposure to the elements.
