A FEW DUTCH NEWSPAPERS HAVE PUBLISHED ARTICLES ON THE INFLUENCE OF CFC ALTERNATIVES ON THE OZONE LAYER. ACCORDING TO THESE ARTICLES, JOE FARMEN, THE ENGLISH ANTARCTIC EXPLORER SHOULD HAVE SAID THAT THE INFLUENCE OF NEW ALTERNATIVE REFRIGERANTS ON THE OZONE LAYER IS EXPECTED TO BE HIGHER THAN STATED BY THE REFRIGERATION INDUSTRY.
