THE AUTHOR DESCRIBES THE HEAT RECOVERY SYSTEMS INSTALLED IN A HIGH TECHNOLOGY BUILDING COMPLEX. FOR THE ANALYSIS OF THE RESULTS, DIFFERENT MEASUREMENT DEVICES WEREINSTALLED. THEY ARE CONTROLLED BY A CENTRAL COMPUTER CONNECTED TO A COMPUTER WHICH MANAGES ENERGY AND ECONOMIC BALANCES. THESE DEVICES MADE IT POSSIBLE TO NOTE POSSIBLE ERRORS OR ANOMALIES AND, AS A RESULT, TO MAKE THE NECESSARY CORRECTIONS.
