Summary
Test chambers had been installed with separate refrigerated and electrical heating systems to maintain pre-set temperatures of 10 to 50 deg C. These were converted for 4-pipe operation from the main building chilled and hot water service. Pay-back period is 3-5 years, with elimination of 4 refrigerant circuits. A.R.T.
