Summary
With an engineering example in Fuling, establishes the energy consumption models of cooling water pumps and heat pump units, analyses the influence of cooling water temperature difference between the inlet and outlet on the cooling water pump and heat pump unit, obtains 8.1°C as the optimal cooling water temperature difference between the inlet and outlet with the minimum total energy consumption, and the correspondent energy saving rate is 4.5 - 6.5 percent.
