Summary

TEMPERATURE AND ANGULAR DEPENDENCES OF THE UPPER CRITICAL FIELD OF S-I-S AND S-N-S ARTIFICIAL SUPERCONDUCTING SUPERLATTICES ARE STUDIED. IT IS FOUND THAT THE PARAMETERS WHICH DESCRIBE THE DIMENSIONAL CROSSOVER ARE DEPENDENT ON THE PARAMETERS OF SUPERLATTICE MICROSTRUCTURE. IT IS SHOWN THAT, UNLIKE THE SUPERLATTICES, THE TEMPERATURE DEPENDENCE OF PARALLEL FIELDS IN LAYERED SUPERCONDUCTORS IS CHARACTERIZED BY A POSITIVE CURVATURE.
