Summary
A METHOD BASED ON THE ANALYSIS OF FLUCTUATION CONTRIBUTIONS TO THERMAL CAPACITY AND MAGNETIC SUSCEPTIBILITY IS PROPOSED FOR ESTIMATING THE UPPER-CRITICAL FIELD DERIVATIVES WITH RESPECT TO TEMPERATURE FOR HIGH CRITICAL TEMPERATURE SUPERCONDUCTORS. THE FLUCTUATION CONTRIBUTION TO MAGNETIC SUSCEPTIBILITY OF YBCO IS MEASURED, AND THE ABOVE DERIVATIVES FOR THIS SUPERCONDUCTOR ARE EVALUATED.
