Summary
THE START-UP CHARACTERISTICS OF 2 TYPES OF CRYOGENIC HEAT PIPES FROM THE FROZEN STATE ARE CONSIDERED. THE INFLUENCE OF THE WORKING FLUID AMOUNT IN THE EVAPORATOR AND CONDENSER ON THE START-UP CONDITIONS IS ANALYSED. THE RATIO FOR CALCULATING THE WICK FILLING COEFFICIENT IN A LARGE TEMPERATURE RANGE IS G THE RESULTS OF THE INVESTIGATIONS OF THE OPEN-TYPE HEAT PIPE ARE REPORTED.
