CRYOPRESERVATION AS A METHOD OF SELECTIVE INFLUENCE UPON LYMPHOID AND HEMOPOIETIC CELLS.
Author(s) : IGNASHOVA L. P., SESLAVINA L. S.
Summary
CRYOPRESERVATION CAN ACTUALLY BE USED TO CONTROL THE PROCESS OF LYMPHO-AND HEMOPOIESIS. THIS REPORT DEMONSTRATES THE POSSIBILITY OF SELECTIVELY INFLUENCING THE TRANSPLANTATION POTENTIAL OF STEM HEMOPOIETIC AND LYMPHOID CELLS, BY MEANS OF VARIOUS FREEZING REGIMES AND CRYOPROTECTING AGENTS.
