EFFECTS OF CRYOPRESERVATION ON HAEMATOPOIETIC STEM CELLS DIFFERENTIATION AND T-DIFFERENTIATING LYMPHOCYTES FUNCTION.

Author(s) : IGNASHOVA L. P.

Summary

THE SUCCESS OF THE TREATMENT OF SEVERAL HAEMATOLOGICAL DISEASES IS CLOSELY LINKED TO THE PRESERVATION OF HAEMATOPOIETIC TISSUES AT LOW TEMPERATURES. IT IS NECESSARY TO KEEP, DURING CRYOPRESERVATION, NOT ONLY THE RESTORATION POTENTIAL OF THE MYELORECIPIENT BUT ALSO THE ABILITY FOR DIFFERENTIATION OF HAEMATOPOIETIC STEM CELLS. THE AUTHORS PRESENT THE EFFECT OF FREEZING CONDITIONS TO ULTRALOW TEMPERATURES ON CFUS DIFFERENTIATION ANDTHE ACTIVITY OF IMMUNOCOMPETENT CELLS.
