Cryopreservation of peripheral blood stem cells.

Summary

The paper deals with 3 methodological problems encountered in peripheral blood stem cell cryopreservation: 1) establishing of the optimal freezing regimen using the method of minimizing temperature differences inside the container and/or plastic bag with peripheral blood stem cell concentrate; 2) cryopreservation of concentrated peripheral blood stem cell suspension; 3) assuring the stability of suspension after thawing. Experiments are described and results are given.
