Summary
The paper describes the results from new equipment used for cryopreservation and storage of rooster sperm. The device easily separates the glycerol cryoprotectant during thawing, which is one of the necessary conditions for the correct usage of the sperm. Experiments have been carried out with more than 3,000 fertilized eggs. Sperm survival rate was greater than 50%. Details of this experiment are presented.
