Summary

THE CRYOSCOPIC TEMPERATURES OF 22 ICE CREAM MIXES WERE DETERMINED, WITH COMPOSITIONS MEETING THE SPECIFICATIONS OF THE GOST STANDARD FOR THIS PRODUCT. THE MAIN CHARACTERISTICS OF THE MEASURING SYSTEM ARE DESCRIBED AND THE RESULTS ARE GIVEN IN A TABLE. THE FORMULAE WHICH ENABLE ONE TO CALCULATE THESE CRYOSCOPIC TEMPERATURES ARE REPORTED. THERE IS A GOOD AGREEMENT BETWEEN CALCULATED AND TEST VALUES. R.R.
