Summary
THIS STUDY IS INCLUDED IN AN INTERLABORATORY INVESTIGATION OF DEFECT PRODUCTION AT LOW TEMPERATURES IN IRRADIATED METALS. THE PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THIS PROGRAM IS PROVIDING A DATA BASE, OF WHICH THE NEUTRON FUSION RADIATION DATA CAN BE CORRELATED TO THE FISSION IRRADIATION SPECTRUM. FOUR FCC METALS, ALUMINIUM, COPPER, NICKEL AND PLATINUM, WERE IRRADIATED AT 4.2 K WITH A NEUTRON SOURCE, WITH ROTATING TARGETS. (Bibliogr. int. IFP-AFME-CNRS, FR., 85-230-16516.
