Summary

A heat pump system for the storage and processing of farm products was developed. Tests on the applicability of the equipment for cold storage of green Kabosu (Citrus sphaerocarpa) fruit without losing freshness showed that it could precisely control and monitor the humidity and heat status of the stored product.
