Summary
Most users want refrigerant recovery equipment that is easy to use, achieves required vacuums quickly and is durable. To assure a high percentage of refrigerant recovery, these units need to achieve all these capabilities. The paper is an initial effort to ensure that future recovery units perform well and are durable.
