Dynamic viscosity of alternative refrigerants along the saturation line.

Summary

A prediction method to correlate the dynamic viscosity of halocarbon refrigerants in the liquid state along the saturation line with reduced temperature is presented. Because of their increasing environmental importance, the alternative refrigerants are especially investigated; results are presented for: R22, R23, R32, R123, R123a, R124, R125, R134, R134a, R141b, R142b, R143a, R152a, R160. However, the prediction method has been validated against almost all the halogenated refrigerants belonging to the methane series and the ethane series.
