Summary
For small- and medium-sized cold stores used for quick-frozen foods, it is favourable to install built-in floor insulation using polystyrene foam with a thickness of 40 cm or more. This method represents, not only from a thermal, but also from a static point of view, a reliable operating and efficient solution.
