Summary
Heat transfer and pressure drop of the refrigerant mixtures R116/R134a and R116/R846/R134a are measured in a horizontal plain evaporator tube. The experiments are performed to demonstrate the effect of mixtures on the heat transfer and to determine basic data enabling design of refrigerant evaporators.
