Summary
Inoculated fruits were hydrocooled. In general, the Rhizopus rot progressed slowly at lower temperatures but almost complete rotting occurred at 15 deg C or above. Hydrocooling with dicloran of inoculated peaches was highly effective followed by exposure of treated peaches to 5 or 10 deg C for 3 days.
