Summary

THE TESTS WERE CARRIED OUT ON GOLDEN DELICIOUS APPLES, TREATED AFTER HARVESTING BY IMMERSION IN DIFFERENT MATERIALS AND STORED 6 TO 7 MONTHS IN A CONTROLLED ATMOSPHERE OF THE TYPE 3: 3, AT 273-274 K (0-1 DEG C) AND 85-90% RH. THE FREQUENCY OF THE ATTACK BY CRYPTOGAMIC DISORDERS IS REDUCED BY 1.2 TO 2% UPON AN AVERAGE COMPARED TO THE CONTROL. THE POSTHARVEST TREATMENT WAS VERY EFFICIENT WITH 0.2% TECTO-FLOWABLE AND 0.1% BENLATE AND EFFICIENT WITH 0.1% DEROSAL. RESIDUAL FUNGICIDE AMOUNTS AT THE BEGINNING OF STORAGE ARE NEAR THE ALLOWED MAXIMUM LIMIT, THIS AMOUNT DECREASING MARKEDLY WITH TIME.
