THE INCREASE IN THE PRODUCTION AND CONSUMPTION OF FROZEN VEGETABLES OVER A DECADE IN FRANCE IS SHOWN IN A TABLE ; THE REASONS FOR SUCH A DEVELOPMENT ARE AS FOLLOWS: INCREASED CONSUMPTION IN INSTITUTIONS AND HOUSEHOLDS, DEVELOPMENT OF REFRIGERATING EQUIPMENT, QUALITY OF PRODUCTS.
