THE PRODUCTION AND MARKETING OF FROZEN VEGETABLES ARE DEPENDENT ON CLIMATIC CONDITIONS WHICH MAKE PLANNING DIFFICULT. FURTHERMORE, STORAGE IS EXPENSV. FROM THE SIMPLIEST PRODUCT TO THE MORE SOPHISTICATED ONE, MANUFACTURERS' INNOVATION ADDS DYNAMISM TO THE MARKET. IT IS NOW NECESSARY TO CONVINCE THE SUPPLIERS TO FOLLOW THEM.
