Summary

Energy consumption, emissions of refrigerants and initial costs are the important data. Indirect systems have a limited charge and leak less. For each option, energy consumption is compared using two methods: calculation based on pumps and compressors in various supermarkets and calculation based on cold rooms in various supermarkets, with classic direct systems or secondary-refrigerant systems.
