Summary
THE COOLING LOAD OF THE COOLED PRODUCT HAS AN ESSENTIAL DISTURBING INFLUENCE ON THE REFRIGERATION PLANT. A SUDDEN VARIATION OF HEAT CAPACITY IS CHARACTERISTIC DURING COLD TREATMENT AND DEPENDS ON SEVERAL FACTORS. IT CAUSES CHANGES IN THE PARAMETERS OF THE REFRIGERATION PLANT: REFRIGERANT PRESSURE AND TEMPERATURE. THE STUDY AND THE USE OF PROCESSES STABILISING COOLING LOAD IMPROVE THE REGULATION OF THE REFRIGERATION PLANT.
