Summary
IRREVERSIBILITIES IN THE DIFFERENT PARTS OF A WATER-AMMONIA ABSORPTION REFRIGERATING SYSTEM WERE DETERMINED BY USING THE 2ND LAW OF THERMODYNAMICS. THE EXERGY LOSS OF EACH COMPONENT, THE EXERGY OUTPUT, THE COP AND THE CIRCULATION COEFFICIENT WERE CALCULATED FOR DIFFERENT TEMPERATURES OF THE BOILER, EVAPORATOR, CONDENSER AND ABSORBER.
