Summary

THE RIGHT TEMPERATURE IN REFRIGERATED DISPLAY CABINETS WILL BE INFLUENCED BY: THE CABINET CONSTRUCTION, THE REFRIGERATION PLANT, THE AMBIENT CONDITIONS AND THE APPLIED CONTROL PRINCIPLE. MANY TEMPERATURE-CONTROL SYSTEMS HAVE BEEN PUT INTO PRACTICE. IT HAS APPEARED THAT REGULATION PRINCIPLES WHICH PERFORM WELL ON SINGLE COMPRESSOR-EVAPORATOR PLANTS DON'T GIVE THE SAMESMOOTH OPERATION ON CENTRAL-COMPRESSOR PLANTS. FROM THAT POINT OF VIEW, THE PRACTICAL RESULTS OF THE MOST COMMON CONTROL PRINCIPLES ARE GIVEN.
