Summary
Plum cv. Younai fruits were picked at different degrees of ripening, washed, precooled at 5 °C for 10 h and then packed as follows: 1) vacuum packed in PVC + a fresh-keeping agent; 2) in silicon rubber bags + a fresh-keeping agent; 3) in film + a fresh-keeping agent; 4) in PVC citrus packing bags (single fruits); or packed in cartons (controls). Results showed that the first treatment was the best.
