Summary

This article is the Spanish translation of an article presented at the 22nd IIR international Congress in Beijing, China (see the Bulletin of the IIR, reference 2007-2574). The temperature and the pressure of condenser as well as the heat exchange performance at the standard cooling and warming temperature conditions have been measured in order to investigate the effect of nano-scale particles on condensation process. The refrigerant R-410A is used, and the Ni nano-scale particles are mixed with Ze-GLES68 lubrication oil. The mass of Ni nano-scale particle is 1% to the enclosed mass of R-410A. To compare the effect of nano-scale particle on condensation process, an uniform speed compressor and a capillary tube type air conditioner is used. As a result, it is found that sub-cool degree of the condenser increased 1.8°C as compared to the no Ni nano-scale particles case on the same condensation pressure and the same refrigerant flow rate conditions. The authors discuss the nano-scale particles behaviour between lubrication oil and refrigerant, the role on heat transfer enhancement and the flow regimes for the forced convection when R-410A is condensing in the copper tube.
