Summary

In order to improve knowledge of the unsteady phenomena occuring in perturbed boundary layers, a fundamental study is conducted on the interaction of a single vortex with a flat plate. Experimental methodology using a specific thermal sensor whose surface temperature is measured by an infrared thermography system is presented.
