Summary
A new type of mixed-refrigerant fractionation refrigeration cycle was developed. The experimental system was established and mostly focused on the 70 K temperature range. The experimental results show that the cooling system can reach a temperature below 70 K and the cryocooler can provide a cooling capacity of 1 W at 72 K with a nominal input power of 500 W.
