Summary
In this paper, an experimental device has been set up to test the pressure drop parameters in the pressure difference precooling of cucumber. The effects of pressure drop with different air volumes are analysed and the relationship between air volume and pressure drop is established. The paper also analyses the factors influencing the resistance parameters of cucumber, and provides a theoretical basis for the design of pressure difference cartons and the precooling system.
