Summary
A BASIC language, microcomputer program was developed for predicting the static pressures and the uniformity of air discharge for potato storage ventilation ducts. When used with normally recommended design parameters, simulated results compare favourably with field and laboratory data for round, semi-circular, rectangular and triangular shaped ducts.
