Summary

In this paper, an experimental study on the condensation heat transfer coefficient of near-azeotropic refrigerant mixtures R32/R290 with mass fraction of 68/32 is described. Experimental setup is built to test the heat transfer of R32/R290 in horizontal tube with ID 4mm,6mm,8mm under the mass velocity of 100-250 (kg/m2s) at 55°C, 50°C, 45°C and 40°C respectively, in order to analyze the influence of mass velocity and saturation temperature on condensation heat transfer. The results show that with the increase of the mass flow rate and the decrease of the saturation temperature, the condensation heat transfer coefficient increase. The condensation heat transfer coefficient of R32/R290 in the 5mmmicro-fin tube is greater than that of R410A.
