Summary
Two schemes of refrigeration supply using a quick-freezing apparatus "ASTA" have been analyzed. Recommendations on selection of the refrigeration-supply scheme for freezing and storage of vegetable products are given. It is shown that for freezing of vegetable produce it is suitable to use a three-level scheme of refrigeration supply.
