A REPORT ON THE TECHNOLOGY FOR PRODUCING FREEZE-DRIED SOUR-MILK PRODUCTS THAT CAN BE STORED FOR A LONG TIME IN VARYING CLIMATIC CONDITIONS. SUCH PRODUCTS, THE AUTHORS NOTE, ARE ESPECIALLY IMPORTANT FOR WORKERS AND SCIENTISTS IN THE SOV FAR EAST AND EXTREME NORTH.
