THE FREEZE-DRYING OF BIOLOGICAL MATERIALS IN VERY THIN LAYERS MAKES IT POSSIBLE TO USE A LOWER SUBLIMATIONTEMPERATURE AND TO INCREASE PLANT PERFORMANCE. THE AUTHORS PROPOSE AN ANALYTICAL RELATIONSHIP AND ITS GRAPHICAL REPRESENTATION. THEY PRESENT THE RESULTS OF THE FREEZE-DRYING OF 3 VACCINES, FREEZE-DRIED IN 0.1 MM THICK LAYERS. IN ALL CASES, BIOLOGICAL QUALITY WAS BETTER THAN WITH STANDARDIZED PROCESS. THE FREEZE-DRYING OF BIOLOGICAL MATERIALS IN VERY THIN LAYERS IS ADVANTAGEOUS.
