BASED ON PRACTICAL CONDITIONS OF THE FREEZE-DRYING OF BIOLOGIC AL PRODUCTS, THE AUTHORS PROPOSE A MATHEMATICAL MODEL FOR THE QUASI-STATIC STATE, USING SIMPLE MEASURING METHODS AND SIMPLIFIED PROGRAMMES. THE DIFFUSION COEFFICIENT IS MEASURED IN ORDER TO FACILITATE THE DESIGN OF EQUIPMENT ANT THE DETERMINATION OF FREEZE-DRYING CURVES.
