Summary

The share of large- and medium-sized stores in sales of quick-frozen foods is rising steadily. Against this strengthened competition, specialized outlets are nonetheless maintaining their sales volume thanks to the growth in consumption. However, stores specializing in sales of quick-frozen food (freezer centers) are watching the progress towards profit of home-delivery services.
