HEAT EXCHANGES DURING CRYOFREEZING WERE STUDIED. IT WAS CONCLUDED THAT A POSITIVE RESULT CAN BE OBTAINED BY STAGE FREEZING. THE MAXIMUM ENERGETIC EFFICIENCY OF THE PROCESS IS OBTAINED FOR LARGE SIZE PRODUCTS. R.R.
