THE BROAD APPLICATION OF HEAT PUMPS DID HELP TO REDUCE THE JAPANESE ENERGY CONSUMPTION WITH 30% PER UNIT OF GROSS NATIONAL PRODUCT DURING THE LAST TEN YEARS.
