Heat pumps in the energy systems of combined heat, cold and power production.

Author(s) : HAVELSKY V.

Summary

These energy systems are designed by means of computer simulation to minimize consumption of the primary energy. Equations enabling calculation of the energy efficiency of these systems are presented. Comparison of the energy efficiency of such systems with conventional separate production of heat, cold and power, shows a large potential for energy saving by designed combined cogeneration systems.
