Heat recovery and heat pump applications in ammonia plants: some examples from Danish praxis.
Author(s) : BOLDVIG F. V.
Summary
A few examples of heat recovery and heat pumps utilizing the heat of condensation in ammonia refrigeration plants are described. They are fairly typical of the installations made over the last 10 years, ie cases where refrigeration is required in a production process, which simultaneously can utilize the heat recovered from the refrigeration plant.
