Heat transfer characteristics of ternary blends inside enhanced surface tubing.
Author(s) : SAMI S. M., TULEJ P. J., SONG B.
Type of article: Article
Summary
An experimental study on the heat transfer characteristics of two-phase flow boiling of ternary non-azeotropic refrigerant mixtures, as well as R134a, inside water/refrigerant horizontal enhanced surface tubing, is presented. Correlations were proposed to predict the boiling heat transfer coefficients and pressure drop, as a function of the flow key parameters.
