Summary

CONSIDERED IS THE INTERACTION OF AN EXTERNAL ELECTROMAGNETIC IRRADIATION WITH SEMIBOUNDED CONDUCTOR CONTAINING MAGNETIC IMPURITIES UPON WHOSE SURFACE IT IS INCIDENT AT AN ARBITRARY ANGLE. IT IS SHOWN THAT BECAUSE OF MAGNETIC IMPURITIES, THE REFLECTION COEFFICIENT BOTH IN THE LOW-FREQUENCY AND IN HIGH-FREQUENCY REGIONS BECOMES ANOMALOUSLY LOW FOR SOME ANGLE VALUES AND THAT THE ELECTRON INTERACTION WITH MAGNETIC IMPURITIES CANNOT INDUCE THE ELECTRON EFFECTIVE MASS AT THE FERMI SURFACE TO INCREASE MORE THAN BY A FACTOR OF 2.
