Summary

THE ANISOTROPY, FIELD AND TEMPERATURE DEPENDENCES OF THE TRANSVERSE MAGNETORESISTANCE AND OF THE HALL COEFFICIENT IN TUNGSTEN SINGLE CRYSTALS ARE MEASURED IN THE TEMPERATURE RANGE 1.5-130 K AND IN THE MAGNETIC FIELDS FROM 2 TO 150 KILO-OERSTEDS. NEAR 27 KDISTINCTIVE MAXIMA IN THE TEMPERATURE DEPENDENCES OF THE HALL COEFFICIENT AND STRONG DEVIATIONS FROM KOLER'S RULE ARE OBSERVED. THESE ANOMALIES ARE SENSITIVE TO THE MAGNETIC FIELD ORIENTATIONS AND TO THE PRESENCE OF IMPURITIES AND DISLOCATIONS. DISCOVERED ANOMALOUS BEHAVIOUR OF THE GALVANOMAGNETIC PROPERTIES IS EXPLAINED BY THE ELECTRON-PHONON SCATTERING ANISOTROPY.
