Summary
SUPERCONDUCTIVITY OF SOLID LEAD-BARIUM-BISMUTH OXIDE AND SILVER INCLUSIONS HAS BEEN INVESTIGATED. SUPERCONDUCTIVITY WITH A CRITICAL TEMPERATURE T ABOUT 10 K IS SHOWN TO APPEAR AS A RESULT OF SILVER DOPING, WHERE THE DIELECTRIC GAP AND A SEMICONDUCTOR-TYPE CONDUCTIVITY IN PURE MATERIAL IS OBSERVED. THE RESULTS ON HIGH-TEMPERATURE SUPERCONDUCTIVITY IN LANTHANUM-BARIUM-COPPER-OXYGEN AND LANTHANUM-STRONTIUM-COPPER-OXYGEN SYSTEMS HAVE BEEN REPRODUCED. THE CLOSE CONNECTION BETWEEN THESE METAL OXIDE SYSTEMS AS WELL AS POSSIBLE CAUSES LEADING TO HIGH T ARE DISCUSSED.
