THE PAPER PRESENTS THE RESULTS OF RESEARCH WORK AIMED AT DEVELOPING NEW HIGH SPEED TURBOEXPANDERS FOR VARIOUS CRYOGENIC LIQUEFACTION AND GAS SEPARATION PLANTS. THE TEST RESULTS ARE PRESENTED. THE TURBOEXPANDERS CAN BE EFFECTIVELY USED NOT ONLY WITH SINGLE-PHASE GAS FLOWS BUT ALSO WITH FLOWS OF CHANGING STATE OF AGGREGATION.
