Local distribution of frozen food using refrigerated vehicles.
Distributión local de productos congelados con vehículos frigoríficos.

Summary
This article presents the Spanish translation of the Bulletin of the IIR reference 2000-2778. Various studies have been performed by Cemagref for Transfrigoroute-France. Two vehicles used to distribute frozen foods were tested in an experimental tunnel or outside during summer. Accurate temperature recordings were obtained during simulation of use (numerous door openings). The ATP plant coefficient is not a suitable criterion for the selection of vehicles used in distribution. A more suitable criterion would be the notion of available refrigerating capacity during door openings.
