Summary
Mangos of the Van Dyke variety harvested at physiological maturity were stored at low temperatures (12, 10 and 7 °C), 85% RH, for 10, 20 and 30 days. Control mangos were stored at 18 °C for 15 days. the fruits were harvested in the Frutol orchard located in El Espinal, Tolima, average temperature 29 °C, altitude 431 m, RH 70% and rainfall of 1368 mm.
